Palm Bay Used Auto Parts Honey Bee Swarm Removal

Palm Bay Honey Bee Swarm Removal

Bee swarm at Palm Bay Used Auto Parts
This time of year, we always get many Bee Swarm calls in the Brevard County and Palm Bay area. Its a funny thing, during the winter we get just a few calls a day. Slowly during January and February, the honey bee queens start laying eggs at a much higher rate, and the bee colony grows, nearing it's population maximum.

Bees will start swarming sometime during this period, and once they do, it's Game ON!, with us receiving hundreds of calls a day!

A colony of honey bees can be likened to an organism, and the prime directive of organisms is to reproduce--and that is what a swarm is!! Bee colony reproduction! An existing colony sends out maybe 20,000 workers, drones and the queen, to go find a new place to build a colony and thrive.

Most of the time, but not always, these swarms are relatively docile, and are transitory, meaning they will leave in a few hours. Please, don't provoke them into a stinging incident, by self treating yourself. We are seeing more swarms that become defensive, and they can deliver hundreds of stings within a minute.  Give us a call, and we'll help you determine if you should have us remove them. In most cases, you won't have to do a thing, but wave as they leave!

Folks, If you have a honey bee swarm, please give us a call to discuss your options. You may need to do nothing but watch these wonderful critters for a day or so, before they find another, permanent site. Or, in some cases, it's best for us, The Stinging Insect Specialists to remove them for you.

Please, don't attempt a removal of bees, as they can be deadly, even swarms have attacked us since Killer Bees are now here. We've had fatalities occur in Florida because of improper stinging insect removal techniques.

Melbourne Bee Removal

Melbourne, Fla. Apartments: Honey Bees Swarming a dryer vent

This is a common situation for us in Spring & Early summer. Apartment home residents are suddenly sharing their living space with hundreds of honey bees. Management calls us (We perform property management bee removals for most of the Mgt. firms in Florida), and we find a honey bee swarm has moved in to the space AROUND the dryer vent.

The first thing I check for is caulk or expanding foam, usually applied by a well meaning staff member in an attempt to block bee movement. But in reality, they've made the problem worse, by sealing Thousands of bees INSIDE the apartment home!!! Look closely at the photo above and you'll see the caulk.

Brevard County has had an influx of Africanized Killer Bees overtake the European races that used to dominate the feral populations. As such, Space Coast Bee Removals should only be performed by bee specialists that hold Florida Pest Control Certifications and are experienced beekeepers. Our firm owners hold Univ. of Florida Graduate Entomology degrees and are considered top bee removal experts by our peers, worldwide.

Please, don't attempt sealing of bees inside structures, as they can be deadly, even swarms have attacked us since Killer Bees are now here. We've had fatalities occur in Florida because of improper stinging insect removal techniques.

We service Space Coast Apartments bee removals and Multi-family properties daily and carry all necessary insurances and certifications.

Bee Removal from FPL electric pole in Palm Bay, Brevard, Fla.

All of Brevard County now has loads of .feral Africanized Honey Bees ( AHB of Killer Bees) and we see our share of very mean bees, especially near Palm Bay or Melbourne.

After we remove bees from Brevard FPL pole
Palm Bay and the rest of Brevard County has been inundated with feral Killer Bees, and we now see very defensive bees on about 1/2 the jobs we perform. There is NO reason to perform live honey bee relocations in Brevard County any longer, as AHB are not desired in our bee hive boxes, and in fact, are illegal to keep here in Florida!.

Add the increased sting risk when dealing with these testy critters, and you have the makings of a bad horror film, with humans and animals suffering possible injury or even death from an improper bee removal.

Please, don't attempt a removal of bees, as they can be deadly, even swarms have attacked us since Killer Bees are now here. We've had fatalities occur in Florida because of improper stinging insect removal techniques.

City of Rockledge Bee Removal gone awry!

We often are called in to clean up after a bee treatment or removal gone bad. This City of Rockledge Bee Removal is increasingly a very common job for us.
Rockledge Bee Removal gone wrong. Bee Poo all over window

The picture above shows what happens when a bee colony that is present inside a wall, is blocked in, by someone sealing up the opening that leads to outside. Bees will find a way out.. and if it's not an 'outside out', they will readily find small openings that lead into the interior of the structure. And when bees have been holding their, um.... or in other words, when they gots to go, they go! And go they went in this house.. all over the windows, furniture, floor. Not pretty.

When you need competent Rockledge Bee Removal or any Brevard County Bee Removal, call the Stinging Insect Experts at 321-206-5100 or Toll Free at 1-800-343-5317.
